Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions (also referred to as “Agreement”) carefully, by signing up for (“signing up for” also refers to joining/purchasing/buying) a program at Work Efficiently Live More (also referred to as “Program” and includes all other programs that you get access to with Work Efficiently Live More) by Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi (also referred to as “We”), you (also referred to as “Client”) are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions listed here.

MY PROMISE

Work Efficiently Live More is my core business and I promise to do my best to give you an exceptional experience, content and support, so that you can create and launch your online course.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM

Work Efficiently Live More programs last 4-12 weeks which means you have access to the content, the membership site (not yet available), and the private community for the duration of the program from the day you sign up. You’ll have the option to extend your stay in the program for a fee after the initial 4-12 weeks are over.

RESULTS FROM PROGRAM

With Work Efficiently Live More programs you get access to content and support that helps you build a succesfull online course but Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi cannot be held responsible for your success. You are 100% responsible for taking action based on what you learn in Work Efficiently Live More program.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

By opting for a payment plan you are responsible for timely payments and for the completion of the payment plan associated with Work Efficiently Live More programs. Delay in payment beyond 10 days gives us the right to expel you from the program. Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard (for upfront payment and payment plan) and Paypal (only for upfront payment). Bank transfers are to be agreed separately. No other payment methods are available apart from those mentioned before. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize a monthly charge for Work Efficiently Live More program on your credit card until your payment plan is paid up.

REFUNDS

For those with a permanent residence in European Union country have refund policy of 14 days as stated by the law. Residents of all other countries have a refund policy of 7 days.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments through a collection agency.

All content (in the form of video, audio, images, text) in Work Efficiently Live More, both inside the membership site (not yet available) and in the private community, created by Elina Manninen, any member of Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi is copyrighted and belongs to Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi. By signing up for Work Efficienly Live More Program you agree not to violate our copyright. You are allowed to download material where we offer a download option. You are not allowed to screenshot, copy, share or sell any content from Work Efficiently Live More.

PERSONAL USE ONLY

Work Efficiently Live More is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to share your username and password or give anyone access to Work Efficiently Live More, (business partners included). If you want to go through Work Efficiently Live More program with another person then that person needs to sign up for Work Efficiently Live More program too.

NO PROMOTIONS

Work Efficiently Live More program is a promotion free community. You are not allowed to advertise your services inside Work Efficiently Live More programs, ask other Work Efficiently Live More program members to private message you, or private message other Work Efficiently Live More program members without asking them for their permission first. Sharing links without the right context, Facebook Lives, Facebook stories and videos is considered a promotion. Any promotional posts will be deleted without warning.

SUPPORT RESTRICTIONS

Work Efficiently Live More program includes support through a member-driven private community, a Work Efficiently Live More program office hours inside the private community, plus you can email elina@workelm.com for technical support to access the membership site (not yet available). We aim to respond within 48 hrs to all emails. Work Efficiently Live More program does not give you 1-1 access to Elina Manninen or the right to tag her to get your questions answered. You are not allowed to send private messages to Elina Manninen or any member of Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy too. Any confidential information shared by Elina, any member of Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi, or any participant of Work Efficiently Live More program is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses the information. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, online or otherwise. By joining Work Efficiently Live More program you agree to keep private information confidential and use your best efforts to safeguard confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT

By purchasing Work Efficiently Live More program, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Elina Mirjami Manninen T:mi and/or Work Efficiently Live More program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. With any violations of this Agreement we reserve the right to expel you from Work Efficiently Live More program.
